Russellville Musculoskeletal Center (RMC) is headed by Dr. Said Osman. The goal of RMC is to provide patients with the most innovative treatments available for spine disorders.

Through many years of research and comprehensive studies, Dr. Osman has created a solid practice around the innovative minimally invasive spine surgical technique that he refers to as 'Least Invasive Spine Surgery.' This technique has been proven to be an effective way to not only treat the patient, but aid in getting the patient back to their normal activities faster than the alternative surgical approaches, which consist of larger incisions, and extensive muscle dissection and bone resection, which means more surgical trauma, longer hospital stay, more pain medications, longer recuperation, longer rehabilitation and longer time off work and economic loss.

Through the 'Least Invasive' approach, small incisions are made in the patient's back and the pathology is addressed through these small incisions.
